Stage One – A series of informal sessions are conducted to identify the key issues in your operations and what the objectives for resolving these issues are. Resource and Budget will also be discussed at this stage.
Stage Two – A solution is sourced, to align with the businesses ethos, culture and working values – it has to fit your company and it is important to realise that one size does not fit all.
Implementation (Stage Three) is then key – using a Lean Six Sigma approach alongside the principles of Prince 2 Project Management, the solution is then integrated in to your business working alongside your team to ensure buy in and ownership.
The Review Stage (Stage Four) is a crucial stage as this looks at the solution, how it is working and whether the objectives are being realised – and if not why not.
